How far in advance do I have to book?
- We strongly suggest to book at least 4 weeks in advance. This is not a requirement, however the later you wait to book, the more limited availability we may have.
I don't know the address of my event yet, can I still secure my booking?
- Yes, you certainly can! Jax Mascots Entertainment will travel free of charge, to any location located within Jacksonville, FL. (Surrounding areas maybe subject to a traveling fee) You may secure your booking and provide us the address of the event at any time prior to your event date.
Do you have a "Character List"?
- We do not have a character list because we constantly add to our inventory to keep up with the latest character trends. However, if your event is booked at least 60 days in advance, we have the ability to obtain ANY character. (Last minute bookings are subject to our current inventory and availability.)
Do you have Corporate Rates?
- Certainly! Please refer to our pricing and packages tab to see some of our available corporate packages. If you would like extended time, please contact us directly for pricing.
Do I have to pay the full balance to secure my booking?
- Jax Mascots Entertainment offers a deposit option with all packages excluding the 15 minute Pop Up package. Last minute bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Is there an up-charge for Twins or "Joint Birthdays" ?
- No, there is not. We provide an additional Birthday certificate and gift (if included within the chosen package) free of charge!
Do you accept cash?
- Unfortunately, we do not. All payments must be paid in full via a Credit/Debit card on our secure payment processing site the day before the event.
Do you participate in Fundraisers, Non Profit organizations, "Back to School" drives, Charity Events, etc.?
- Of Course we do! Please contact us directly with the specifics of your event for more information.
Do you rent out the mascot costumes?
- Currently, we do not rent out any of our mascot costumes. We provide a wonderful FUN-filled service, using our high quality mascots, with well trained professionals, to take the stress of party planning off your hands!
